Course Description: The first term of this sequence focused on traditional relational
databases and on their use in the web context. This trimester we'll be looking at
"semistructured" data on the web: at XML and the facilities it offers for data storage
and transfer; at the relationship between XML and traditional databases; and at the
HTML legacy problem.
